Boomerang is part of Groot Eiland, an organisation that provides training for people who are far from the labour market. Under expert guidance, future carpenters are given the opportunity to become skilled in the trade.
We work as much as possible with local and environmentally friendly types of wood and with residual wood. We recover sawdust from our workshop, which is used as ground cover and compost in Groot Eiland's urban agriculture projects.
